The Miracle of Mindfulness in A Class in Wonders

The origins of A Course in Wonders can be followed back once again to the effort between two individuals, Helen Schucman and Bill Thetford, equally of whom were distinguished psychologists and researchers. The course's inception happened in the early 1960s when Schucman, who had been a scientific and research psychiatrist at Columbia University's University of Physicians and Surgeons, began to experience a series of inner dictations.
